Customer Service Requests are a three part process that will allow you to modify the services provided by EDS, an HP company Part one of the process is to complete this online service request. Part two is completed by EDS, an HP company personnel by preparing a "Scope of Work" statement that details an estimated duration (time to complete the change in days) and an estimated cost (total cost to complete the work including time & materials). This information is then Emailed to the requestor in PDF format. Part three of this process requires the requestor to authorize the "Scope of Work" by signing a printed copy of the PDF form and faxing it back to EDS , an HP company at 1-905-429-2501.
